At Derma-Ri Sri Lanka, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and cosmetic products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly request our customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, under any circumstances.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged during delivery
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The original invoice/receipt must be provided
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be shared with us
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the affected item.
3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Skincare results and reactions vary from person to person.
Derma-Ri Sri Lanka cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin conditions resulting from the use of our products.
We strongly recommend:
• Conducting a patch test before full application
• Reviewing ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for allergic reactions.
4. Sale, Discounted & Promotional Items
All products purchased under:
• Discounts
• Promotions
• Clearance or special offers
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
5. Refund Method (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed:
• Via the original payment method, or
• As Bank transfer to your personal bank account
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
